RESTAURANT STYLE EGG GRAVY | EGG RECIPE INDIAN STYLE | हैदराबादी अंडा मसाला रेसिपी
Ingrediants :
Boilled Eggs 8 Numbers
Blackpepper Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Cerd 2 Tsp
Coriendar powder 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Oniopns 2 midium
Red Mirchi 3 no
Green Chilli Mirchi 4
Clove 1
Cardamom 1
cinmon 1
Oil 2 Tsp
Bay Leafs 3 no
Method :
1. Take Boilled Eggs in a Bowl add Blackpapper Powder, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmaric powder and Suit it.
2. Take Onions, Green Chilli Mirchi, Clove, Cardamom and Cinmon Paste It.
3. In Bowl Red Chilli powder, Coriendar Powder, salt, Turmeric powder and Curd Mix it Well.
4. Heat a pan with some oil
5. Make slits in the boilled eggs and them to the pan and roast it and Keep Them Side.
6. Heat a pan add 2 Tsp Oil
7. Add Red Chilli and Star anise Shajeera curry leafs
8. Add Mixing Paste and Ginger Garlic Past.
9. Add mirchi powder, salt mix it well
10. Add roasted Eggs saute them add 2 cups of Water and close and ccok for few minutes.
11. Egg Masala Curry Ready.
