Ingredients :
Maida 2 Cups
Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp
Taste to Salt
Curd 1 Cup
Chopped Onions 1 No
Oil for Deep fry
Green Chilli 2 no

For Chetny:
Oil 2 Tsp
Peanuts 1 Cup
Fried Chana Dhal 1 cup
Green Chilli Mirchi 4no
Taste to Salt
Garlic Cloves 1 Small Cup
Red Chilli 2 no
Coriander Leafs
Jeera 1/2 Tsp

Method :

1. Take a bowl add Maida, Baking soda, Salt and Curd Mix it well
2. Once the batter is well mixed.Set a side 15 Mins
3. After Few minute add Chopped onions, Green Chilli and Jeera Mix it
4. Take a Pan add Oil for deep fry
5. Take some of the batter and start dropping it into the hot oil
6. Fry till its Turned in to Brown color
7. Serve the Bonda with Peanut Chetney

Chtney Method :

1. Take a bowl add Oil Heat it for few Minutes
2. Add Peanuts, Chana Dhall, Green Chilli, Garlic Cloves and salt
3. Mix it
4. Take pan add oil, Red chilli, Jeera and Coriander Leafs
5. After Turned in to light Fried Color off Flame and add to Mixed Chutney
6. Chetny Ready
