Ingredients :

Cloves 4

Cardomam 4

Green Chillli 5

Coriander 1 Small Cup

Mint Leafs 1 small Cup

Ginger Garlic 20 Grms

Chicken 500 Grms

Black Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp

Taste of salt

Curd 1 small cup

Butter small pecs

Oil 2 Tsp



Method :



1. Take Clove, Cardamom, Green Chilli, Coriander, Mint Leafs and Ginger Garlic clove Make a

smooth Paste and set a side 

2. Take a Bowl add Chicken, Black Pepper powder, Paste, Salt,Curd and Butter Suet it well Marinate

Few Minutes.

3. Take Sticks add Marinated Chicken to sticks.

4. Take a pan Add Oil, Fry the Chicken when its turned in to crispy.

5. Chicken reshmi kabab Ready !

6. Taste it with Sauce

Heat Pan add Oil, Red Chilli Mirchi, Bay Leafs, Chopped Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Red Chilli Powder. 4. Onions After Turned in to Brown Color add Marinated Chicken Leg pieces Mix it Well. 5. After Few Minutes add water. 6. Keep in Flame for Few More Minutes to Cook. 7. Chicken Leg Piece Masala Curry Ready.
