Ingredients :
bobbarlu 250 g
Green chilli 10 no
Curry leaves
Cumin Seeds 1/4 TSp
Pinch of turmeric powder
Taste of salt
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry

Method :
Soak the Bobbarlu for 7 hrs
Strain the water and transfer the Bobbarlu to a mixer jar. Add green chilli and make semi smooth batter
add salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cumin seeds,turmeric powder, curry leaves to the batter and mix well
Take a small amount of the batter and shape it
Heat some oil for deep frying
slowly drop the Garalu into the hot oil and deep fry them till they are golden brown in color. Maintain medium flame while frying the Garelu
Serve the Bobbari Garalu hot

Onions After Turned in to Brown Color add Marinated Chicken Leg pieces Mix it Well. 5. After Few Minutes add water. 6. Keep in Flame for Few More Minutes to Cook. 7.
