⧫ Ingredients :

➧ Dosakaya ( Yellow Cucumber ) 2 Medium 

➧ Tomato 3 Medium 

➧ Green Chilli 250 Grams

➧ Oil 5 Tsp

➧ Taste of Salt 

➧ Tamarind 25 grams

➧ Coriander seeds 1 tsp

➧ Red chilli 5 no

➧ Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp

➧ Mustered Seeds 1Tsp

➧ Chana Dal 1 Tsp

➧ Urad Been 1 Tsp

➧ Curry Leaves

⧫ Method :

➠ Take pan Add Oil Heat for Few minutes add Coriander seeds, Red chilli, Cumin Seeds, Mustered Seeds, Chana Dal and Urad Been Keep in medium flame

➠ Add Tamarind Make it Powder 

➠ Take a pan add oil, Chopped Yellow cucumber and Tomato fry it some time 

➠ After fry add in to mixi and make it rough paste 

➠ Take pan add oil Coriander seeds, Red chilli, Cumin Seeds, Mustered Seeds, Chana Dal, 
Urad Been and curry Leaves  

➠ Add chutney heat it some time 

➠ Tasty Chutney Ready!

Onions After Turned in to Brown Color add Marinated Chicken Leg pieces Mix it Well. 5. After Few Minutes add water. 6. Keep in Flame for Few More Minutes to Cook. 7.
