RESTAURANT STYLE EGG GRAVY


Ingrediants :

Boilled Eggs 8 Numbers
Blackpepper Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Cerd 2 Tsp
Coriendar powder 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Oniopns 2 midium 
Red Mirchi 3 no
Green Chilli Mirchi 4
Clove 1
Cardamom 1
cinmon 1
Oil 2 Tsp
Bay Leafs 3 no

Method :

1.  Take Boilled Eggs in a Bowl add Blackpapper Powder, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmaric powder and Suit it.
2.  Take Onions, Green Chilli Mirchi, Clove, Cardamom and Cinmon Paste It.
3.  In Bowl Red Chilli powder, Coriendar Powder, salt, Turmeric powder and Curd Mix it Well.
4.  Heat a pan with some oil 
5.  Make slits in the boilled eggs and them to the pan and roast it and Keep Them Side. 
6.  Heat a pan add 2 Tsp Oil
7.  Add Red Chilli and Star anise Shajeera curry leafs
8.  Add Mixing Paste and Ginger Garlic Past.
9.  Add mirchi powder, salt mix it well
10. Add roasted Eggs saute them add 2 cups of Water and close and ccok for few minutes.
11. Egg Masala Curry Ready.

MUTTON KALEJI MASALA CURRY RECIPE



Ingredients :
Goat Liver & Kidneys 500g
Salt
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Curd 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Cloves 2 numbers
Cardamom 1 number
Peppercorns 10 numbers
Cinnamon 1 Small Pc
Bay Leafs 3
Choppes Onions 2 numbers
Green Chilli 2 numbers
Oil 2 Tsp
Coriander Leafs

Method :

1. Take a bowl add Goat Liver & Kidney 
2. Add Salt Redchilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Curd, 
Lemon Juice and Ginger Garlic Paste. Rub These ingredients into the 
Goat Liver & Kidney for a few minutes.
3. Take a Pan add Cloves, cardamom, Peppercorns, Cinnamom, Bay leafs, Chopped Oninons,
Green Chilli Add on Mixy it, Make Past. 
4. Take a pan Add Oil Heat it  1 Min
5.  Add Mixed Pate Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli powder, Coriander Powder, 
Ginger Garlic Paste Heat in Low Flame.
6. Add the marinated chicken and Saute it
7. Keep Flame Few minutes and add Coriander Leafs.
8. Tasty Kaleji Masala Curry Ready ! Try it and Taste it. 

Ingredients:
Chicken 500 Grams, Red chillies - 5, Red chillies powder 1 Tsp, 3 Bay Leafs
cinnamon 1, cloves 2
cardamom 1
Peanuts 1 Small Cup
Tomato 2
Chopped Onions 3
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
coriander powder 1 Tsp
1 cup of Water 

Method :
1. Make Paste With Red Chillies, Bay Leafs, Cinnamon, Tomato , cloves, Cardamom and Peanuts.
2. Take a Pan Add 2 Tsp of Oil
3. Add Chopped Onions, Turmeric Powder, Salt
4. Once the onion turns golden brown color, add the ginger garlic paste, Chilli Powder 
and coriander powder . 
5. Add Fresh Chicken and mix everything.Cook for 2 more mins
6. Mixed Paste Pour in the Chicken and mix everything. 
7. Add water and let it Flame for few mins
8. After Few Mins Chicken Masala Gravy Curry Ready! Taste It!

Crunchy Panner Pakora Bajji Recipe


Ingredients :

Oil for Deep Frying, Basin Floor 300 Grams,Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp,Salt - 1 Tsp
A Pinch of Cooking soda,Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp,Coriander

Method :

1. Take a bowl Basin Floor, Turmeric powder, salt, Red chillies Powder, Coriander Leves, Cooking Soda.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Add water as necessary. The dough should be in dropping consistency.
4. Take Paneer and Slice it
5. Heat some oil in a kadai for deep frying.
6. Take Panner Deeped in to Mixing and drop it in the oil carefully.
7. Fry it until they are golden brown on all side.
8. Remove from the oil and serve it hot with Garnishing.
